Angel started with a question our founders couldn't stop asking after a close friend was seriously injured in a highway collision: why does help still depend on someone conscious enough to call for it? Emergency response has barely changed in fifty years, while the vehicles it protects have transformed completely.
We're a team of hardware engineers, safety researchers, and former emergency dispatch operators building the network that should have existed all along — one where drivers, responders, tow fleets, hospitals, and insurers are already connected before a crash ever happens.

Salvino founded Angel after watching how little safety infrastructure exists for the millions of people who ride. He spent two years as a Data Analyst at SNP Global, building the habit of making decisions from data, not instinct, while simultaneously running The Library Company's full marketing operation — proving he could turn strategy into execution. At Angel, he brings both disciplines together: the rigor to understand markets and the creativity to move them, driving the partnerships that turn the network's vision into a working system.
Sherwin Judas Madison
Sherwin Judas Madison is the Co-Founder and CFO of Angel. A Chartered Accountancy candidate, he has spent the past one and a half years at SRVN & Associates, working closely with businesses on accounting, taxation, advisory, and corporate legal matters. That experience has sharpened his ability to solve complex business problems with both financial discipline and strategic thinking. At Angel, he brings a strong foundation in finance and compliance — turning regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage and helping the business scale with structure.
